- Cumbaya Program: Students participating in the Cumbayá Program are able to choose their courses from across USFQ's ten colleges. USFQ offers hundreds of courses each semester in Spanish and in English. Spanish language classes at all levels are also offered to international students.
- Galapagos Semester Program (GAIAS): The Galapagos semester program offers four academic courses in biological and social sciences, all taught in English. Students can choose one of the following concentrations:
- Evolution, Ecology and Conservation.
- Marine ecology.
- People, Politics and Environment.
- Sustainable tourism.

Tuition is covered, and the scholarship recipient will receive approximately $600 CAD per month as a stipend.
