November 15-19, 2021, York University joins education institutions from more than 100 countries around the world in celebrating International Education Week (IEW). IEW is an annual celebration of international education and exchange worldwide that highlights the importance of international education, promotes the benefits of education abroad and exchanges and recognizes the contributions of international students in strengthening international and intercultural understanding.
York-IEW activities include promotional activities and events organized throughout the week to recognize international students, education abroad, and global engagement.

Applying for a Post-Graduate Work Permit The PGWP is an excellent opportunity for international students to get Canadian work experience after they graduate. Use this work experience to enhance your career goals and help you get the experience you may need to apply for permanent residency. In this webinar, your International Student Advisors will take you through the application process and help you get your documents together so that you can submit a strong application, especially with the service changes in effect due to COVID-19.
