Globalink Research Award 
Mitacs is accepting applications for competitive international research opportunities for student travel from Canada. We recommend that students apply by May 2018 for travel planned in Fall 2018.
The Globalink Research Award provides $6,000 for senior undergraduate and graduate students to undertake research projects abroad. Projects last 12–24 weeks and all disciplines are eligible.

Canadian Society for International Health (CSIH) CSIH recruits for 20 government-sponsored internships that support health systems strengthening in East Africa and the Caribbean.

Crossroads International Crossroads International is an international development organisation that is reducing poverty and increasing women’s rights around the world. Working with local partners in 28 projects, in eight countries and supported by hundreds of volunteers each year, Crossroads leverages expertise and resources, North and South, required to help people overcome poverty and assert their human rights.
Cultural Vistas Cultural Vistas provides a variety of opportunities for students to work/learn in Europe and Latin America.
DAAD RISE – German Ministry of Higher Education The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers outstanding opportunities to combine serious research with a rewarding study abroad experience. All programs are targeted to students in the fields of engineering, physics, chemistry, biology, earth sciences (geology) and related disciplines. Research Internships in Science and Engineering (RISE) offers undergrads the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research projects at top research institutions and universities in Germany. Participants are matched with well-known Germany companies, where they gain insight into the professional applications of science and engineering and develop practical skills. RISE Worldwide is for students in the early stages of their studies who have an excellent background in the fields of engineering, natural sciences, and related disciplines, including earth sciences.
Dignitas International Dignitas International is a medical and research organisation dedicated to improving health care for people facing a high burden of disease and unequal access to services.
Export Development Canada (EDC) EDC awards 30 scholarships annually worth $4,000 cash. Twenty-five scholarships go to undergraduate or college students interested in pursuing a career or furthering their studies in international business, with up to five additional scholarships for students in programs that combine business with environmental or sustainability studies.
HorizonCosmopolite HorizonCosmopolite offers international education programs in more than 20 countries throughout the world.
IAESTE International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE) is an international student exchange program that enables Canadian students in science, engineering, business, and applied arts subjects to gain international work experience through a paid and career-related job overseas.
Idealist A project of Action Without Borders, this site provides information on non-profit associations, jobs, internships and volunteer opportunities.
International Experience Canada Canada has negotiated reciprocal temporary work permits with close to 40 countries for Canadians 18 to 35 years of age. These permits cover: working holidays, student work abroad programs, international co-op placements and young professional/young worker opportunities.
IYIP  The IYIP is designed to offer Canadian post-secondary graduates the opportunity to gain professional experience through international development work. The objective of the IYIP is to support sustainable international development initiatives proposed, in partnership with local partner organisations, by Canadian professional associations, educational institutions, non-governmental organisations and private companies.
JET Programme The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme is a Japanese government sponsored exchange programme that offers university graduates opportunities full time jobs as either an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) team teaching with a Japanese Teacher of English in elementary and secondary schools or a Coordinator for International Relations (CIR) in selected local government offices in Japan.
Let's Go Global Verge Magazine partners with many post-secondary institutions and international volunteer organisations to host an annual Go Global international education festival in Toronto.
SWAP SWAP Working Holidays is Canada's largest exchange organisation and has been sending Canadians abroad since 1975.
Swiss Canadian Mobility Program This program encourages the mobility of young Swiss and Canadian workers and students, offering them the opportunity to gain work experience abroad.

Teaching Assistant Program in France (TAPIF)

The French Ministry of National Education offers over 200 English assistant positions in France! Application open on October 15, 2018 for 2019-2020 applications.
Teach English in Korea The Korean Government offers two opportunities to teach abroad.
Universities Canada The professional body of universities in Canada, Universities Canada hosts and co-ordinates international opportunities for students.
World University Service Canada (WUSC) WUSC recruits volunteers to contribute to development projects with local partner organisations in Africa, Asia and the Americas.
