As an international exchange student, you are eligible for services at Student Counselling, Health and Wellbeing (if you are currently registered or enrolled in courses at Keele Campus), and at Accessibility, Wellbeing and Counselling Centre (if you are currently registered or enrolled in courses at Glendon Campus.
The Counselling, Health & Wellbeing Services aim to help all York students realize, develop and fulfill their personal potential in order to maximally benefit from their university experience and manage the challenges of university life. Students seek help in a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, abuse, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, eating and body image as well as issues related to sexuality.
You can also seek help for your academic accommodation needs through Student Accessibility Services, such as Accommodated Tests and Exams, Attendant Care, and Assistive Technology.
