What is Neighbourhood Exploration?
Neighborhood exploration is all about going beyond campus and the classroom travelling to local communities to discover their unique vibe, culture, and hidden spots. It is an exciting way to connect with the city, learn how to navigate public transit, and uncover great spots to eat, hang out, or even consider living in. It’s not just about finding new places—it’s also about meeting new people, creating memories and feeling more at home in your city. Registration is required as space is limited.

These guides were created by our work study students and International Engagement champion volunteers to help student peers feel more confident discovering new areas of the city on their own or with friends.
