According to the Canadian Bureau of International Education's national survey on international students in 2013, almost 50% of international students in Canada are interested in learning and/or applying for permanent residency status in Canada before or after their graduation.

Understanding this unique need, York International has invited guest speakers such as immigration lawyers and government immigration officers to come to our university campus to provide free immigration information sessions about permanent residency policies and procedures for our international students.
