There will be no in-person or virtual immigration advising on June 12 and June 13 2023, as the immigration advisors are attending meetings.

Alternate options to receive assistance:

1. If your study permit extension is expiring soon, please attend the study permit extension virtual webinar taking place Tuesday, June 13 at 10:30 am. 
2. NEW: In-person 15 minute booked appointments will be available on Wednesday June 14, 2023 via Qless. See instructions below.
3. We will also offer virtual advising via zoom on Thursday June 15, 2023 from 9-11 am EST. 

 

HOW TO JOIN QLESS

1. Join the Virtual Kiosk OR download the app on your smartphone from Google Play or the iTunes App Store.
2. Open the app and select "York International”
3. Join the appropriate queue.
4. Provide your student number, study permit expiry date, and summary of your questions.
