As of December 3, 2019, fingerprints and photos (biometrics) can be given at designated Service Canada offices. Biometrics are valid for 10 years and are generally required in all applications for visas, study permits, work permits, extensions, permanent residence and refugee or asylum status.

- Hamilton Service Canada Centre - Passport Services
- Mississauga Service Canada Centre - Passport Services
- North York Service Canada Centre - Passport Services
- Scarborough Service Canada Centre - Passport Services
- Toronto Service Canada Centre - Passport Services
- Toronto - College Street Service Canada Centre
- Toronto - West Humber Service Canada Centre
- Whitby Service Canada Centre - Passport Services
