Using the simulation game, ECOTONOS, students explore in a creative and fun way what it means to work in multicultural groups. This is an experiential, intercultural, team-building activity that illustrates how cultures are created and the impact of culture on communication and project management. Through reflection, the students explore the skills necessary to manage projects across cultures, handle conflict, and collaborate on intercultural or international teams. Registration required.
